A private lesson is S$109. A pair lesson is S$119 for both players, and group lessons for three or four players are S$45 a person.

SAFRA lists tennis courts at SAFRA Yishun, 60 Yishun Avenue 4, open daily from 7am to 1am. Online booking is for SAFRA members, and guests can walk in, so members usually find it easiest to plan a weekly slot there.
Rates and booking details are on SAFRA’s tennis court page. Once you have a slot, tell us the date and time, and we match a coach to it. Court fees are paid separately from the lesson, unless we agree otherwise when you book.
Condo Tennis Courts in Yishun

Getting Around Yishun
Yishun MRT Station (NS13) at 301 Yishun Avenue 2 is part of the Yishun Integrated Transport Hub, which links straight into Northpoint City, a handy landmark when you give directions. Khatib MRT Station also serves the southern side of the town.

A private tennis lesson gives you the coach’s full attention for the hour, which suits beginners and anyone polishing one part of their game. A pair lesson suits couples, friends or two siblings of a similar level.

Booking Your Lessons
To start tennis lessons in Yishun, message us with your court, your level and the days that suit you, and we will suggest a coach and a weekly slot. Please book at least three working days ahead, so we have time to arrange the coach.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need my own racket for the first lesson?
Bring your racket if you have one. If you are buying your first, tell us when you book, and the coach can advise on a racket of the right size and weight for you.
Can the coach teach at any Yishun condo?
Yes, as long as your condo allows an outside coach on its court. Check the guest and coaching rules with your management office first, then send us your booked slot.
What happens if it rains during the lesson?
If a lesson is stopped within the first 30 minutes, only a 30-minute fee is charged. If it is stopped after 30 minutes, the full fee applies, and any remaining time may be carried forward to another session.
What happens if the coach has to cancel?
If TM Tennis Academy or the coach cancels a lesson, it is rescheduled free of charge. We will contact you to agree a new date and time that suits your court booking.
